Visitor Information


Washington Hospital Center is located in Northwest Washington on a 47-acre medical campus that it shares with National Rehabilitation Hospital, Children's National Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Medical Center. The campus is situated just off North Capitol Street, between Irving Street and Michigan Avenue. The Catholic University of America and Trinity College are neighbors on the east side of North Capitol Street. Public transportation:

If you are taking the Metrorail to Washington Hospital Center, exit at the Brookland/CUA stop on the RED line. Exit the station to the right and take the H2 (Van Ness) or H4 (Tenley Town) bus to Washington Hospital Center. One of these two buses leaves every 10 minutes.
